  • Implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with multi-unit business architecture to serve distinct university functions—admissions, student affairs, academic departments, and alumni relations.
  • Developed automated student journeys using Journey Builder, including:
          Admissions & Onboarding: Nurture campaigns for application updates, financial aid reminders, and tour invites.
          Academic Progress: Automated alerts for enrollment deadlines, grades, and faculty updates.
          Event Management: Custom reminders and invitations for events, career fairs, and workshops.
          Alumni Engagement: Targeted campaigns for fundraising, reunions, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Enabled advanced segmentation using real-time demographic and behavioral data to power personalized messaging.
  • Integrated Salesforce Einstein AI to optimize subject lines, delivery timing, and message content for higher engagement.
  • Deployed Automation Studio for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback collection, significantly reducing manual workload.
  • Designed custom email and SMS templates using Email Studio for targeted outreach across channels.
